As a top producing residential mortgage broker, Mark endeavors to share his knowledge. In addition to authoring several books, Mark is a Lecturer of Finance at San Diego State University. He also also an instructor at University of California, San Diego Extension program. He is passionate about the vital task of training young people in financial literacy.

Mark teaches lending solutions, real estate investments, and finance to undergraduate students at SDSU. His writings include textbooks and training materials on real estate investment analysis and finance.
