Mark Goldman has been a residential loan officer in San Diego since 1991. He is a top producing loan originator, amongst the top 1% of San Diego county (measured both by origination and funding) with Windsor Capital Mortgage Corporation. His experience covers a broad spectrum of financing including 100% financing, conventional 30-year fixed interest rate "A" loans, loans for "credit challenged borrowers," and VA loans. Mark enjoys working with first-time homebuyers, as well as experienced homeowners. He has been a licensed real estate salesperson and developer since 1974.
